Course Description​

 

Whether you are a line manager, team leader, PI or mentor, or you just want to work more effectively with your colleagues, this session will transform how you engage and empower those around you. This highly interactive workshop will give you practical skills you can use immediately to have better conversations and communicate more effectively with your colleagues.  You will learn how to make connection easier, empowering individuals and teams to achieve things you would never have thought possible.​

• Learn how practicing self-compassion and empathy can enable you to listen more deeply and communicate more effectively, both verbally and non-verbally

At the end of the workshop you will receive slides and links to further reading to help you dig deeper into what you have learned.  I will continue to answer questions from participants via email after the course, guaranteeing a response to all questions within one week.
