HEALTHY CAREER COACHING
FOR INDIVIDUALS

This programme is for you if you are looking for clarity and direction in your academic career.  Finding time to think and prioritise your own research and career can be very hard. Once overwhelm sets in it can be almost impossible to break out of unhelpful habits and patterns of behaviour, leading to stress, disillusionment and health problems.  I work with the guiding principle that if your work is not working for you, then this impacts your health, and vice versa. During and after this programme you can expect to find better ways to manage your work, which supports better health and wellbeing.

Healthy career coaching is a 6-month programme of weekly sessions, with the option of adding on extra sessions as a 5-week block or on an individual basis afterwards, if required.​

The programme in detail:

​

  • All sessions are on Zoom

  • 2x2 hour Therapeutic interviews to identify your goals and barriers, delving into the patterns and systems which have held you back

  • Weekly 1-hour sessions for 6 months to get your career goals on track

  • 1-to-1 coaching

  • Supporting material for areas you are working on

  • Receive a copy of the Resilient Researcher manual
